Projects

What we ran, in the same directions we sell — engineering, team, marketing, management.

BanyaWell develops and operates banya projects using the directions described on the Services pages. Every frame below is one delivered project, told through the same four directions we offer clients.

Full-bleed anchor for Banya No.1 Tbilisi: the completed project as carrying frame — steam, wood, light, material depth from the photograph itself.

Banya No.1 Tbilisi

Banya No.1 Tbilisi is our operated premium wellness project on a mountain site. We carried the full cycle from concept through engineering, team assembly, branding and launch, and continue to run it as a destination venue.

What's Included

01
Concept and spatial design
layout and guest journey for the mountain site
02
Engineering
stoves, steam rooms and water systems specified for altitude conditions
03
Equipment specification
the hardware behind that engineering design

Process

1
Site assessment
studied the mountain site, budget and destination goals
2
Altitude-specific engineering
stoves, steam rooms and water systems designed for 1,100 m conditions rather than adapted from city builds
3
Coordinated documentation
one team produced the concept and engineering package so later stages inherited the decisions

Outcomes

The site was shaped as a destination. Guests travel for multi-hour programs because the engineering supports experiences that justify the drive from Tbilisi.

Team, Training & Service

What's Included

Team hiring and training
including parenie masters for the steam ritual itself

Process

1
Role definition
positions required for a destination-format banya
2
Recruitment
hired parenie masters and support staff
3
Training
prepared the team to deliver the programs and rituals

Outcomes

The people who work the steam rooms were trained by the same team that specified them. Service delivery matches the designed experience.

Marketing & Branding

What's Included

01
Brand, program menu and launch marketing
how the complex presents itself, and how it opened

Process

1
Brand development
positioning and identity for a premium mountain destination
2
Program design
multi-hour steam programs and parenie rituals built for the journey, not passing trade
3
Launch
initial marketing to reach the audience willing to travel out of the city

Outcomes

The complex presents as a coherent destination. The format and the marketing line up so guests arrive for the full programs.

Management

What's Included

Operations as owner-operator
day-to-day running of the complex

Process

1
Operational setup
routines established for the destination model
2
Ongoing oversight
service quality and guest experience maintained on site

Outcomes

The venue runs as the destination banya it was built to be. Guests come from Tbilisi for multi-hour steam programs, parenie rituals and mountain-air rest.

Rhythm frame between projects: full-bleed cinematic pause of light and space. No caption, no heading.
Full-bleed anchor for Bali Dacha: the completed project as carrying frame — steam, wood, light, material depth from the photograph itself.

Bali Dacha

Bali Dacha is an established jungle retreat in which banya and spa services were positioned as the recurring anchor of a multi-day program rather than an add-on facility. The work focused on adapting the ritual to its actual setting and preparing the team to deliver it for a mixed international audience.

What's Included

01
Retreat concept
banya as the anchor ritual of a multi-day program, not a standalone facility

Process

1
Concept framing
defined the role of the banya ritual within the longer stay
2
Site adaptation
shaped the experience around the tropical climate and jungle setting instead of importing the tradition unchanged

Outcomes

The banya functions as a returning element inside the program. Guests encounter it more than once during a multi-day stay.

Team, Training & Service

What's Included

Service and program design
the guest journey built for an international retreat audience
Team training
service delivery for a mixed-culture guest list and staff

Process

1
Program design
built the service flow around multi-day stays rather than single visits
2
Cultural and climate adaptation
reconciled Russian steam tradition with tropical conditions and the expectations of an international audience
3
Training
prepared the team to deliver the adapted version consistently

Outcomes

The ritual works in the setting it actually occupies. The team delivers a version that fits both the tradition and the guests who stay for several days.

Source gaps named in the PR: the merged review `docs/reports/GROK-REVIEW-BANYAWELL-PAGES-070926.md` and two of the three DRAFT copies referenced by the task brief were not accessible to this seat within the turn budget. The deliverable below is the best composition from the sources that WERE reachable: ONE-CASE-PAGE-DRAFT.md (banyawell wiki), MEDIA-INTAKE.md (slot table), VISUAL-DIRECTION (rule 8 roles), and I-banyawell-2 (content follows design; one unified cases page, no per-case chapters).
